Make a 45-second 16:9 update for [the meeting, e.g for [who will watch, e.g. the team at our next meeting]. our monthly all-hands] on [the period], against [last period]. Use only the numbers in the attached [export or sheet], each shown next to last period's number, and the source and date on screen. End on the one message and its number, held for 3 seconds.

Open on the period, show the three numbers that matter one at a time to scale, land the one sentence they support on the music's lift, and end on what's next in my words.
